1. Application should be accompanied by:
- Attested photocopy of Degree and Details Marks Card of last examination of this University in which appeared/passed.
- No Objection Certificate from the Head of the relieving College/Institution only in case of a candidate seeking migration in between the term of the course.
- Migration Certificate Fee as per detail given below. Fee can be paid via UPI using the QR code, or in the shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, Adesh University, payable at Bathinda (Punjab).

2. For issue of duplicate Migration Certificate, please attach copy of FIR & an affidavit duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate stating therein: -
That the Migration Certificate earlier issued to me has been lost and has not been used by me to seek admission anywhere.
3. In all correspondence with the University, Name, Father's Name, University's Registration No., Particulars of last examination passed or appeared and the University Receipt No. and date of payment of Migration Fee must be quoted at the address given below: -
