This is for the information of all, that the clause No. 14 of the corrigendum issued by
Government of Punjab, Department of Medical Education and Research (MER-II Branch)
vide No (E723871)MERHTH305C/9/2024/5HB3/I/1125449/2025 dated 13.06.2025 in
continuation with notification No. (E723871)MER-HTH305C/9/2024-5HB3/712 dated
09.08.2024 have been challenged by Adesh University in the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab
and Haryana at Chandigarh vide CWP No. 18210 of 2025.
